PsySketch ('the Service') values your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect

• Account registration: email address, password (encrypted)
• Analysis requests: child's name (optional), age, gender, drawing image
• Payments: payment information is processed directly by Toss Payments/Stripe and is not stored by us
• Automatically collected: IP address, browser information, access timestamps

How We Use Your Information

• Provide drawing psychological analysis services
• Store analysis results and growth comparison features
• Service improvement and statistical analysis (de-identified)
• Payment processing and customer support

Children's Data Protection

We use children's drawings solely for analysis purposes and adhere to the following:

• EXIF metadata (GPS location, device info) is automatically stripped from uploaded images upon receipt.
• Drawing data is not used for AI model training.
• Analysis results and drawings are not shared with third parties.
• Parents/guardians may request deletion of their child's analysis data at any time.

Data Retention

• Analysis data (drawings, results): retained while account is active; deleted within 30 days of account closure
• Payment records: retained for 5 years as required by e-commerce law
• Access logs: retained for 3 months as required by communications law

Third-Party Services

We use the following external services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Gemini API — AI drawing analysis processing (images transmitted for analysis, not retained)
• Toss Payments — domestic (Korea) payment processing
• Stripe — international payment processing

Your Rights

• Access, modify, or delete your personal information
• Request deletion of analysis data (drawings and results)
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Close your account and delete all associated data

• One-way password encryption (bcrypt)
